To activate your telephone answering service with us, the first payment for the setup fee will be by Credit/Debit Card.
Moving forward, you’ll be invoiced by email on or around the 1st of every month for calls taken in the previous month. Payment is due upon receipt by Direct Debit or Credit/Debit Card.
Our team is ready to answer whenever you need them to. Our service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and our prices for handling calls remains the same, whether it’s day or night.
During sign-up, you can specify if you need answering during normal business hours, extended hours or if you need full 24 hour coverage. Full 24/7 coverage is available for a supplement of £0.85/day billed monthly.

Our Standard Package is charged on a per call basis and is designed for basic message taking, such as capturing callers’ name, number and a message and relaying to you via email and/or SMS.
Our Bespoke Package is charged on a per minute basis and is designed for more advanced call handling, such as order taking, appointment booking, customer support and more. We can do any kind of call handling on this package.
Your calls will be answered by our live receptionists 7 days a week. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not sub-contract any of our call handling.
Yes. We will allocate you a unique telephone number with your preferred UK dialling code. You then have 3 options:
1. Use the phone number we give you as your main business number
You can give out your allocated phone number and advertise it directly as you wish.
2. Divert your existing phone number to it
If you already have an existing phone number and don’t want to change it, you can simply divert it to the allocated phone number we gave you so we can answer your calls seamlessly.
3. Port your existing phone number to us
If you already have an existing phone number and don’t want to change it, you can port it to us. See here.
Most telephone providers – including landlines and mobiles – offer a “Call Divert” or “Call Forwarding” option, allowing you to divert/forward your calls to another number either all of the time, when engaged or when unanswered. This is usually very simple to setup and we can assist you with this if required. See instructions here.
When a call comes in, your company name and call answering instructions appear on screen, allowing our receptionists to handle calls professionally and with confidence.
Yes. You can change any aspect of your service with us by calling or emailing us, or via the Client Area. Minor changes are free of charge, but major changes such as company name will incur an admin fee.
The service operates on a simple rolling monthly agreement, so should you wish to cancel, just give us at least 30 days notice prior to renewal by email.
Yes. You can rent the number from us and have calls routed to another number (such as your mobile or landline). Depending on where you point the number to, call forwarding charges will apply. See here.
